The chaos that is the KerbersProject 365
My friend Amy sent me a link to a scrapbook guru’s blog that talked about something she calls Project 365. It’s really quite simple…she’s planning to take a picture every day of this year to record her family’s daily life. Her thought was that most of her scrapbooks and journals chronicle the exciting things that the family does, but often the common daily things are ignored. And let’s face it…those are the days that make up most of our year. There is a really cool scrapbooking kit that goes along with this whole concept, but of course the scrapbooking world went ballistic about this idea and the kit sold out in like 20 minutes. So I thought maybe I could do it here. I’m not sure if it will work with this format, or even if I will keep up with it, but I’m going to try.
My plan is to make a separate page for each month of the year. If I don’t get pictures uploaded right away, at least I can write a little blurb about the day and get the picture added later. Simply click on one of the months over in the far right column and enjoy the small, wonderful moments in the days of our lives. I really hope this will be an ongoing project for me…I think it’s going to be great!
